Meet & Inspect
During your free in home inspection we will inspect the carpet and look for any spots. We will measure the carpet area and give you a free price quote. Additional packages are available to add on specific to your needs and wants. Our team will also provide education on how to properly care for and clean your carpets. Feel free to ask any questions.
Move & Prepare
- We encourage you to have your furniture moved before the cleaning, our team can quote you on moving your larger furniture at an affordable rate.
- Our team will thoroughly vacuum the carpet with HEPA certified vacuums to remove any loose soil and particles.
- Our team then will pre-spray the area to pre-condition and help break apart any soil in high traffic areas.
- Any spots will be sprayed with a spot cleaner — examples: coffee, urine, wine, juice, etc.
- All the stubborn spots will receive a deep scrub before extraction, referred to as agitation.
Extraction, Neutralization, and Protection
- Our team will use a high-quality extraction machine with hot water to thoroughly clean and extract the spray from your carpets. Which will leave behind a clean, sanitized carpet. Our extractors have received the Platinum Certification from the Carpet & Rug Institute, this is the highest award possible. We check the pH level to make sure your carpet is neutralized, so no residue is left behind.
- We utilize fans to speed up the drying process. Your carpets can be dry in as little as two hours. Temperature and humidity determine this factor.
- Lastly, if purchased, we add a protector to your carpets. We use the best in the business (Maxim Advanced) to prevent spills from bonding to carpets, offers superior soil resistance, and gives best appearance.
